About

I help teams make better product decisions.

I’ve spent much of my career working on products where the path forward isn’t obvious, from emerging AI experiences to new advertising models and 0 to 1 health products. My role often starts with research, but it doesn’t end there.

I connect customer behavior with product constraints and business context to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help teams decide what to build and why.

Over time, that has meant going beyond individual studies: shaping product strategy, creating frameworks that guide decisions, and building research programs and systems that help customer knowledge influence more of the organization.

More recently, I’ve been exploring AI and agentic systems, both as products to understand and as a way to rethink how research and product teams turn evidence into decisions.
